Victorian Black velvet Mourning cape with beading and stand up collar.

It fastens at the front with 3 hooks and eyes.

Condition

There are areas where beading is missing so the brown cord is showing through, see photos 13 and 14.

The velvet is mostly in good condition but has a few brownish marks on one side see photos 16 and 17.
